Why did i suck and forget about BOTH the Time Travellers' Convention AND Free Comic Book Day?

On the other hand, I hung out with shul folk outside the Pup-Erica-Joelll triumvirate(!), saw Hitchhiker's Guide with Claudia, and met up with Valerie (and Nathan and her boyfriend, Kevin(?)) in the evening. Plus had an IM chat with Ellen.

wow is that a national thing? today was free comic book day at my library too!

yeah, as i understand it now, i think it's national. when i first heard of free comic book days (what two/three years ago now), i'd thought it was just something that one store decided to do! =) FYI, Ellen says that she attended a Free Comic Book parking-lot event in The Texas.
