thanksgiving

awhyzipHad lovely Thanksgiving. Andrew's been getting a tour of my social circle. (It feels like a bit of a dog-and-pony show, but I'm happy to see everyone, and he says he's not fussed.)
Tonight I am downloading megs and megs of Brandeis stuff, as my account disappears tomorrow. The alumni account email address continues functioning, I have another mailbox set up.
I hope to be working soon. The timing of it seems backwards to me: be contentedly unemployed for months while S.O. is long-distance, and the week after he arrives in the States, start actually looking for work. Nevertheless, it is time to start.
