frustrated with WageWorks

I am noticing that my monthly email from WageWorks includes some new text:

• Please note: WageWorks now offers direct loading of CharlieCards. If you're currently using the WageWorks Commuter Card to load a pass to your CharlieCard, this is a valuable new service that may save you time. Please visit your account at www.wageworks.com to explore your options.

Soooo, being the logical girl I am, I conclude there is now a NEW FEATURE.  Yes?

Yet, WageWorks customer service knows nothing of any new ability (presumably to load CharlieCards without using the commutercard credit card intermediate step). And you may have noticed that the url in the email is extremely non-specific ... I was unable to locate any explanation in any part of the site.

So... anyone here know if anything is up?
