awhyzipI've been appointed spokesperson of our group. That means I get to be in charge of talking to the potential landlords and presenting our offers. I think that's cool.
I'm feeling really hopeful about the Arlington place. Nevertheless a small voice inside is preparing to laugh at me if it turns out that the owners found good renters since we last spoke with them. One of us is going to get shown up, Small Voice, and it sure better be you!
