Thoughts & math about Question 2
I've been thinking about Question 2 (decriminalization of <1oz marijuana, $100 fine), and I'd like to share my main concern with anyone else who's maybe not considered this. As I read this, the law also decriminalizes possession of up to one ounce of pure THC.

I looked up the stats on THC percent by weight in marijuana (from US DOJ stats on seizures).

That means that the 1 oz of THC that this bill would define as interchangeable with "one ounce or less of marijuana" implies probably TEN or more ounces of dried marijuana being involved at some point.

I don't think the text of the proposed law is well written, and I'm uncomfortable with what it actually says (much more so than with what it looks like it says).
