Stayed home sick from work today. I have a lovely boss. Tomorrow and the day after we are doing things for which I do need to be in (and precisely on time). Today, I went back to sleep and didn't get out of bed until noon.
I have made many tens of Hamentaschen cookies, but am having logistics problems with getting them distributed (since I also stayed home from most of the Purim celebrations and don't have everyone's addresses). I was very careful while making them (constant handwashing and care with breathing), so I think they are safe and not contagion-bombs.
That has been the most fun part of Purim so far: baking almost 200 cookies with three friends.
Tonight is the Latke/Hamentasch Debate, which I am hoping will be fun, too. :-) UMass is not holding one this year, which I think is regrettable.
