hooray Judge James Whittemore! he's the federal judge who just declined to insist that Terri Schiavo's feeding tube be re-inserted, despite having a federal law just speed-passed to allow a Federal judge to do so.
I should expand on this, to explain why I am pleased, but I don't have the time right now. It's not a statement on her life at all, but on my opinion of the political use she's being put to.
